As a member, you’ll have a plan that helps cover future long-term care costs, supported by a Care Navigator who knows you before needs arise and guides you and your family in arranging and managing services when needed. Even while living in your own home, members have access to social, wellness, and engagement programs offered at Springpoint Life Plan Communities.
