Basic Qualification of

Membership Requirements

The qualification of membership for Springpoint Choice begins with three essential criteria: you must be at least 55 years old, in good physical health, and currently living independently in your own home in New Jersey or Delaware. These foundational requirements ensure that members join while they're healthy and can fully enjoy the benefits of membership, including access to wellness programs, community amenities, and the peace of mind that comes with priority future long-term care access.

The best time to apply for Springpoint Choice is now—while you're healthy and active—so you can lock in membership fees at your current age and begin enjoying immediate benefits.

Evaluation Process

Membership qualification includes three key evaluations to ensure Springpoint Choice is the right fit:
  • Financial Evaluation: We assess your financial stability to ensure you can comfortably afford the membership fees and that our program aligns with your retirement planning goals. This protects you and ensures the long-term sustainability of the program.
  • Medical Screening: Our team conducts an initial health assessment to verify you meet the health requirements. This includes a comprehensive in-home evaluation with your personal care navigator.
  • Home Assessment: A care navigator visits your home to evaluate your living situation and ensure you're able to live independently and safely age in place.
