Springpoint Choice is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Nicklas as our new Director of Sales and Marketing, following the retirement of Craig Kinsey, who led the program for more than 25 years.
Amy has been a dedicated member of the Springpoint Choice team since 2001 and has played a vital role in the growth and evolution of our Continuing Care at Home program. Over the past two decades, she has helped introduce and expand this innovative approach to aging services, supporting older adults throughout New Jersey and Delaware in creating personalized plans for future care while maintaining their independence at home.
With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and senior living, Amy brings a deep understanding of the needs and priorities of older adults and their families. She has built strong relationships with individuals, community organizations, and professional partners while educating others about the benefits of planning ahead with Springpoint Choice.
“Throughout her tenure, Amy has demonstrated exceptional expertise in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies,” said Springpoint Choice Executive Director Marah Shiels. “She brings extensive experience in direct sales and has been instrumental in educating individuals, community groups, and professional audiences about the value of Springpoint Choice and the innovative, home-based long-term care solutions it provides.”
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Amy will continue to advance awareness of Springpoint Choice and its mission to help members live independently, safely, and confidently in the homes they love.
