We understand that the key to delivering great service begins with delivering a great employee experience. With that in mind, in 2019 we launched The Springpoint Experience. Our intent is to establish service standards and behaviors that become part of our culture and help us consistently deliver an outstanding employee and resident experience.  

We strive to create a workplace with the right conditions so each employee can give their best every day, committed to the goals and values of Springpoint, motivated to contribute to our success, with a sense of pride in what we do.

Through the Springpoint Experience, we have developed a dynamic framework that promotes quality and consistent service across the entire organization. It is more than a training program, it is a guide for building a culture that is anchored by a unifying common purpose, organization-wide quality standards, and well-defined behavior guidelines.

The ideas and participation of our employees are key drivers of the Springpoint Experience.  We started this journey with employee surveys and onsite visits with team members from throughout the organization. The information gathered during this discovery phase helped us better understand what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement in the areas of leadership, culture and service. 

As the Springpoint Experience evolved, employees from throughout the entire organization are involved, representing a diversity of departments, positions, and experience levels. This collaborative approach is core to the program’s success. We are united by our Common Purpose:

We take great pride in what we have accomplished together – creating an outstanding legacy and unbreakable bonds with the seniors and families we serve – but we know it does not end there.
