Senior Care Membership Works
Your membership includes a one-time membership fee based on your age and selected plan, plus a monthly maintenance fee that's adjusted annually. Couples may save with dual enrollment discounts. For those with existing long-term care insurance, Springpoint Choice offers membership plans that can complement existing coverage and offer enhanced services.

No two people share identical visions for their future, which is why Springpoint Choice offers several different senior care membership plans offering varying degrees of cost coverage for the service provided.
During your consultation, our experienced counselors learn about your goals and help you select the membership plan that is right for you. From there, you'll complete a medical and financial qualification process before meeting your personal care navigator in your home for a final eligibility assessment.

Your Springpoint Choice membership provides far more than future long-term care access. You receive a dedicated personal care navigator who coordinates your long-term care services, priority access to home care, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing when or if needed, plus immediate enrollment in Springpoint's LivWell wellness programs. Even while living independently at home, you can enjoy dining experiences, social activities, and community engagement at one of our senior living communities in New Jersey and Delaware.
